The room was comfortable, clean with a small fridge, microwave and flat screen tv. This motel is family owned and operated and the owner was kind enough to upgrade our room from 1 queen size bed to a double room at no charge. Very friendly, pet friendly & 420 friendly. You absolute best bet if you are staying in Trinidad Stayed September 2015, travelled as a couple

Thank you Tower 64 Motel and RV! My brother and I stayed at the Tower 64 Motel and RV for a week and had one of the best times of our lives. We fly fished in the Trinidad area but our stay at Tower 64 was everything we expected and more. The Motel provides a 420 friendly atmosphere, great accommodations, mountain views, convenient location, dispensary discount, personal and professional service from the owner and staff. The owner made our stay one that we will never forget and my brother and I agree that we will stay at the Tower 64 Motel again, and again. Try it, you will like it......guaranteed.

Let's be clear this is a motel and not a hotel. But at times, it did make me feel like I was in a hotel. Only to be reminded it was a motel as the walls are thin and while not decrepit, without care would soon get there. However, they were remodeling so that's good to know for later on. Because truth is, yes I would stay there again. The price was within my range, room was clean, I had great wifi, the furniture and tv were new, and I opted to upgrade as it suited my travel needs. From my room I was afforded fantastic views of snow capped mountains in the distance. Yes the highway was right in front of me also but that I couldn't hear unless I opened the window. What I could hear was the tv's and showers from the other rooms. But that was not a problem for me when I needed to sleep. Most noise went out at some point.

I stayed here with my gf and my service dog Pooh. After it being recommended, I went, and when I was checking in and the clerk tells me and I QUOTE, " You can smoke marijuana, but NO cigarettes!" I even made him repeat himself in his adorable "Apu" accent, it was music to my ears!! ( I hope that wasnt racist!! wasnt meant to be!) The rooms were adequate with new furniture and nice clean beds. I was a little upset about no coffee pots but I talked to the owner/mgr and I wouldnt be surprised if they were already in the rooms now! People were friendly and nice. I will definitely visit again and would recommend to my parents. Not a 5star hotel, but if your looking for a great, budget friendly, CLEAN AND NICE, no bugs(I CHECK!), safe, off the side of the freeway, cool place to stay, this is a definite stop in! And they have an RV park too!! I should have asked more questions!!!

Wife and I stayed at the hotel in their 'new' section (2 story). Room was large, clean & comfortable. Rooms in the older section are also nice but not fully updated. Staff was friendly & helpful. Location was great for easy access to town or I25. We will stay there again in the future.

My travel partner & I spent two nights here and loved it! Friendly, helpful staff & HONEST! I forgot my straw hat & was called to let me know. Never had that happen before. The rooms were clean, the view was fantastic & I would stay there again! They do have a German Shepherd that could be considered intimidating, but as an animal lover it didn't bother me. At least the owners feel safe & I get that.

My wife and I stayed here for one night a couple of weeks ago. The room was spacious and clean. We had a pretty sweet view of the mountains and the king size memory foam mattress was excellent. Some of the best motel sleep I've ever had! We will definitely be back.

We found this place at the recommendation of an employee of a recreational marijuana shop, the owner was very nice, the rooms aren't super extravagant but the beds are comfy and they allow recreational use in the rooms, which a lot of places don't unless you pay a hefty fee.
